Our reader’s picks are always fun, because usually it is a very close call on the winner. Especially when looking for something like fried catfish that is a southern staple. It became fairly clear in the nomination round that this would not be one of those situations.
In fact this was the largest margin for any reader voting we have ever done. It was clear where you all like to eat catfish, and that place is Soul Fish Cafe on Main street in downtown Little Rock.
Soul Fish captured almost 50% of the total vote, and was 4x higher than second place. Second went to Grandpa’s Catfish in Maumelle, followed closely the local conglomerate Eat My Catfish. Flying Fish and Lassis Inn rounded out the top 5.
