Clean Eatery Opening Location in River Market at Stratton's Market

One of Little Rock’s healthiest food trucks – The Clean Eatery ­– plans on expanding very soon. The team will be opening a location in the River Market in the next couple of weeks.
In Stratton’s Market at 405 East Third Street, the address is the perfect hub for the Clean Eatery team to hone a lunch operation as well as a meal prep pick-up location. Clean Eatery’s growth has come mostly from the catering side of the business where they create weekly meals for customers. This expansion will help relieve some of the constraints from cooking in a food truck.
“We decided to move to a permanent location more out of necessity than desire,” Clean Eatery owner Ryan Merritt-McGehee tells us. “We currently have 100 catering clients doing 20 meals per week that we are making out of the food truck. This will allow us to better manage those and grow the number that we can serve.”
Merritt-McGehee says they will take over the kitchen space previously occupied by Stratton’s Deli.
Clean Eatery offers complete meal plans for customers, and customers can either call in or place orders online for pickup. They currently feature over 200 menu items and can customize meal plans around a target number of daily calories or other dietary needs.
Fans of the bright green truck won’t have to fret. The Clean Eatery will still be mobile, with plans to keep the truck rolling out at most major meetups and events.
Clean Eatery expects to open the new location by the end of the month with daily service Monday – Saturday.
