Faith, Family, and Food are the driving force behind one of North Little Rock’s most sought after food trucks. Smoke Beast BBQ started by Brandon and Rebecca Williams has been a labor of love.
“This has been 4 years in the making; we wanted to make sure that we do everything to the best of our abilities,” Rebecca says. Since opening their trucks windows on November 1st it’s been all gas no breaks for the pit crew of Smoke Beast
The love of quality Texas style bbq led Brandon to want to start his business 4 years ago. With lots of prayer and the full support of wife Rebecca and the rest of their close knit family they began the process of starting the business right.
”I spent hours watching youtube and trying out different recipes with the family,” Brandon explains. The administrative part proved to be the huge part of the task from figuring out LLC procedures to eventual pricing the Williams’s have done their due diligence.
Opening up during a global pandemic was definitely not what any business planned to do in 2020 but that’s exactly what Smoke Beast did. Since their November 1st opening weekend at The Filling Station NLR Business has been booming. Smoke Beast BBQ has been working events all over central Arkansas and is looking forward to feeding you at any of their upcoming weekend outings.
