Fennel & Fire Spice Shop Set to Open this Fall

It has been a long four years now since downtown Little Rock had a quality herb and spice shop serving residents and restaurants alike. That is set to change this fall with Fennel and Fire opening their “Flavor Crafting House” at 402 East 3rd Street, across from Dugan’s Pub.

Fennel and Fire started off as a set of spice blends put together by owner Tay Stratton. The spices are found at several locations currently including across the street at Stratton’s Market (her sister Tasha’s store), Me & McGee Market, The Bramble Market, Stratton’s Market, The Main St Station, and The Olde Crow General Store.

In addition to their spice blends, Fennel and Fire will offer common spices, authentic certified world salts, infused salts, berries, dried mushrooms, seeds, cocktail rimmers, honey, oils, organic teas, and more. They will also work with local restaurants and chefs to develop custom blends unique to their business.

The shop plans to open sometime this fall, we will follow up with an exact date and a first look when available.
