First Look: Keith & Co Brings Quality Sandwiches and Charcuterie to Jacksonville

It is not every day that we get excited about a new spot in Jacksonville, but new sandwich shop Keith & Co brings a reason to make the drive north.
Keith & Co is started by Darin Keith who has offered his creative Charcuterie boards for catering prior to transitioning into the brick and mortar located just off the Main street exit. With the new location, he is bringing a level of freshness and quality ingredients that was unexpected.
“I really want to put the best quality available on the sandwiches and boards,” Keith says. “I am smoking many of my own meats on-site, and I am carefully sourcing anything I have to bring in.”
The main feature of Keith & Co will be their sandwiches, available for breakfast and lunch, although Keith says he will feature several of his charcuterie boards as an appetizer option along with soups.

Keith hopes that the restaurant will provide a strong breakfast and lunch option to the Jacksonville community and the airforce base. It is also located across from Jacksonville High School, so it can provide a great location for teachers, students, and parents in the area throughout the day.
He will additionally still provide catering options, which can include an on-site food truck set up for larger parties, for both his sandwiches and custom charcuterie options. Speaking of the charcuterie, take a quick browse through the Keith & Co facebook page and they have made some very unique ones in the past, including a taco board. We hope to see some creative options like that make their way to the brick and mortar.
Keith & Co is opening today for a “very soft open” from 11-2 and tomorrow from 8-1.
