Get Your Reservations for Easter Brunch At One Eleven and The Capital Hotel

There are several ways you could go about celebrating this upcoming Easter holiday. You could roam about the yard hunting for candy-filled plastic eggs, or cram your face full of that 30 oz. chocolate Easter bunny you’ve got stashed away, or you might be getting all dolled up in new attire for your church’s Easter service. But one thing you might want to add to your Easter agenda is a respectable Easter brunch.
Now…if you’re considering going out for Easter brunch, there are a few good options in Little Rock. But one place you might seriously look into, a place that practically guarantees superb service and excellent food, is The Capital Hotel. The Easter brunch served at the Capital Hotel has been a perennial favorite and is always a popular reservation among Little Rock diners. So you’ll probably want to act fast and make reservations ASAP if you’d like to score a seat at their Easter feast.
We’ve got a look at all that’s happening and what’s being served at The Capital Hotel this season…check it out:
This year, there will be two options for brunch at The Capital—a three-course Easter Feast at One Eleven and a new family-oriented Easter Brunch on the Mezzanine of the hotel. Here’s a look at each of these in detail.

The other option at the hotel is the more “family-friendly” Easter Brunch Buffet on the hotel’s Mezzanine. This also runs from 11 am to 3 pm on Sunday, April 5th. Cost is $49 per person, $25 for children 8 and over. Reservations are required (call 501-370-7068). Here’s what the menu options look like…
First a cold station with assorted charcuterie, house roasted pecans, CBG pimento cheese, spinach dip, housemade smoked salmon, an assortment of salads (Caesar, spring, pesto pasta and potato salad), fruit and cheese display, and gumbo soup.
Next, there’s a carving station with stuffed roast leg of lamb, roast prime rib, and honey glazed ham.
The hot station will be serving shrimp and War Eagle grits, maple soy salmon, stuffed airline chicken, boursin cheese and sundried tomatoes, roasted potato medley, and green bean casserole.
There’s an egg station serving omelets, assorted quiche, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, assorted pancakes (blueberry, banana, chocolate), French toast, biscuit & gravy, and stewed black apples.
There’s even a “kids buffet” with mac & cheese, chicken tenders, peanut butter & jelly, silver dollar pancakes, and French Fries.
But that’s not all The Capital Hotel has planned. On the Saturday before Easter, April 4th, they’re putting on a few kid-friendly activities.  From 9:30 to 11 am, you can join the hotel pastry team in Easter egg decorating and crafting chocolate truffles. From 11 am to 12:30 pm, there’s an Easter Bunny lunch in One Eleven. And at 1pm, they’ll have an Easter Egg Hunt on the Mezzanine.
