Last fall we began taking a weekly look at new food and food related events going on around the Little Rock area in a series called Around the Rock. It has become a community look at what is happening on the rapidly growing food scene in town.
We decided to take this one step further and make it even easier to find food related events in what is becoming a very busy calendar. So starting today we are releasing our Around the Rock Food Calendar to help see upcoming events.
We will focus on meetups, food truck gatherings, cooking classes, farmer’s markets and much more. We will still take our weekly look at these events (mostly) weekly, but now with the added benefit of being able to look at events you may have missed or some we simply do not have room to post.
Additionally if you are organizing an event we strongly encourage you to give us a heads up. We built a form specifically for event submissions. All submissions are carefully curated to maintain a strong overall value. Listing in the calendar is completely free.
