Ira's Park Hill Grill Set to Open in Old E’s Bistro Space

It’s official … according to new chef/owner Ira Mittelman, the space previously occupied by E’s Bistro (3812 JFK Blvd) will become Ira’s Park Hill Grill, with a tentative opening date set for mid-February.
“The concept will be casual fine dining, with a chef-driven menu, an extensive wine list and full bar,” says Mittelman.
Fans of Chef Elizabeth McMullen will rejoice; the former owner of E’s Bistro will stay on as the pastry chef at Ira’s Park Hill Grill. “We all know how great she is,” says Mittelman.
A seasoned chef who has spent time cooking in the California wine country, Montana, the Bahamas, and more locally in Heber Springs, Mittelman plans to bring a fresh, inspiring menu to the historic North Little Rock neighborhood and beyond with Ira’s Park Hill Grill.
“I will always do a few specials every day, as I sometimes I get carried away and do too many. I also plan to change the menu seasonally so I can use as many local products as possible,” says Mittelman.
As for the Park Hill location, it seemed like a natural fit.
“I’ve chosen that location because there’s been a lot of community support from business leaders, the chamber, and the local community.”
