Jazzlights in the Park sponsored by Ben E. Keith, benefitting the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Central Arkansas, is scheduled for May 16 from 1 p.m.-9 p.m on the Clinton Library lawn. The event will include plenty of food, merchandise, and full scale entertainment.
“Jazzlights in the Park offers a little something for everyone. Great music, great beer, great food and great FUN for the whole family all benefiting a great cause,” says Sarah Riffle, Director of Development for Boys & Girls Club of Central Arkansas.
The musical line-up features a variety of local, regional, and national performers, including Amasa Hines, Rodney Block and the Real Music Lovers, TwiceSax, and TP & the Feel. Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and guitarist Johnathan Butler will be headlining the event.
In the food and drink department, expect to see a variety of food trucks, along with a craft beer garden featuring Lost Forty, Diamond Bear, Stone’s Throw, Vino’s, Flyway and Moody Brews. There will even be an event within the event … “The Big Tamale” National Cook-off.
