Kroc Coo’s Cajun Kitchen Joins Hot Springs Village Based Xplore Restaurant Group

The Xplore Restaurant Group, LLC announced today that Cajun food themed Kroc Coo’s Cajun Kitchen has joined their restaurant group based in Hot Springs Village.

Kroc Coo’s was founded by owner and chef Danny Goynes. Goynes opened the permanent location at 4501 N Hwy 7 in Hot Springs Village in December after nearly a 30 year career serving authentic Cajun dishes from their food trailer. Kroc Coo’s specializes in jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, gumbo, boudin, and other Cajun dishes.

Along with Kroc Coo’s, Goynes will join Xplore restaurant group as a partner along with current partners Greg Jones, Trisha Jones, Drake Bielert, and Stephanie Pyatt. Xplore Restaurant group operates six locations that include Xplore Lakeside, The Beehive Neighborhood Hangout, Artfully Baked and Brewed, and their golf course locations Xplore Desoto, Xplore Granada, and Xplore Isabella.

“We are extremely excited to add Kroc Coo’s and Danny to our partnership. Danny brings years of experience to our already outstanding group of partners” Xplore Restaurant partner Greg Jones says. “Kroc Coos great Cajun cuisine will add yet another flavor to our group that the people in Hot Springs Village already love.”

“I’m excited to join the team at Xplore Group to launch the next chapter in the Kroc Coos journey” says Danny Goynes, owner of Kroc Coos. “Our partnership will lead to some new and exciting opportunities to introduce the Hot Springs area to a new style of Cajun cuisine focused on fresh ingredients and outstanding quality”.

Kroc Coo’s will continue to operate without changes moving forward. The Highway 7 location is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm. The mobile food truck will allow the Xplore Group to open up additional catering options for the surrounding area.
