Release Your Inner Food Photog For NLR Restaurant Month

Everyone has that one friend that will insist that no one eats until he or she has taken the perfect food pic. Usually the photographer will be fueled even more to get the best shot if you happen to be out to eat.
Before you’ve even finished eating your meal, the photo is up on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, gaining likes and hearts.
If this is you, then you’ve got it made in food photo heaven. If this isn’t you, now is the time to unleash your inner food photographer.
For the entire month of January the North Little Rock Convention and Visitor’s Bureau is hosting North Little Rock Restaurant Month. There’s a lot going on in conjunction with the month-long celebration, but food photogs will be happy to know that they can win prizes by simply posting a pic of their dish from a North Little Rock restaurant and using the hashtag #EatNLR on social media.
Every Friday a winner will be chosen for prizes, which so far have included Globe Trotter Tickets. This coming Friday the winner will receive two tickets to The Arkansas Repertory’s production of “Peter and The Starcatcher” on Jan. 22.
