Restaurant Dine In Reopening Dates

Most restaurants in Central Arkansas appear to be staying put during the Phase 1 reopening phases, deciding to stick with carry out, curbside, and delivery options instead of reopening dining rooms at 33% capacity.
Most of the ones we have spoken with cite understandable doubts about profitability with the limited capacity as well as health concerns for their guests and staff.
Of the ones we are talking to, most are taking a wait and see approach, and are eyeing a possible reopening in phase 2. Most expect Phase 2 to start in late May or early June and would see capacity increased to 66%.
There are a few restaurants willing to go ahead and take a chance on reopening that we have seen. Several are willing to reopen with limited capacity and proper spacing.
