The South on Main Beard Dinner in New York this Monday was a huge success  thanks for all who supported and watched the kitchen cam. We will have a full recap later this week.
Transitions
Greg (Charlie) Wallis moves from Kemuri to become the executive chef at University of Arkansas.
Amanda Ivy who has transitioned through several locations recently is now at Good Food by Ferneau.
Events

October 10th is going to be a busy date, make some plans now. Arktoberfest in Arkadelphia and B Street Rib Off in Argenta. We are big supporters of both events, keep this weekend in mind when looking for something to do.
Specials
Trio’s – several new specials through the end of August. They include the following: Spice Rubbed and Grilled Tri Tip Steak with pinto beans simmered with poblanos and bacon, jalapeno cheddar cornbread and tomato jam; Seared Ahi – #1 grade Hawaiian ahi, ginger rub, served with soba noodles in a yellow curry sauce with lemongrass, edamame, Napa cabbage and wasabi sesame seeds; Pork Adobo Wrap with pasilla & ancho adobo served with smoked gouda grits, Indonesian Shrimp Skewers with mango-cucumber chutney, saffron rice and a watermelon & papaya salad with jicama and lime.
Raduno – new Business Lunch option. Get a 6 inch personal pizza, small Insalata Mista and a soft drink only $10. Choices include a Margherita, Quatro Formaggi, Pepperoni or Salsiccia pizza. Available Tuesday-Friday from 11-3.
