Rumbles: Stone's Throw Getting Beer Garden, Checking in With HTT, Capeo's Wine Dinner

We checked in with Scott McGehee of Yellow Rocket Concepts to see how things went over at Heights Taco & Tamale Co. Says McGehee, “On our first Saturday we had over 70 people standing in line all the way around the corner halfway to Sherwin Williams Paint. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t strike a bit of fear into my soul! My amazing staff rallied and executed a nearly flawless lunch and dinner service, with decent ticket times. That day we broke the all-time record for sales in one day for any location. The response has been a bit overwhelming, but also extremely wonderful. HTT is the kind of concept, with the quality of food, beverage program, and ambience, to stand the test of time. It’s been a wonderful experience working with the best team in Arkansas. Now back to Lost 40 and Big Orange to install Spring menu changes!”
