Austin based high end grocery store Whole Foods Market has set February 18th as the open date for their new location at 501 S. Bowman Road. The current location on Rodney Parham location will close for good on February 16th.
The new location will take the place of the former Linen’s and Things store next to Best Buy. The move adds over an additional 11,500 sq feet to what was one of the smaller Whole Foods in the chain’s properties. The new location will have 34,000 sq feet of grocery space, which is still smaller than average, but on par with recent store sizes.
